The founders of CLM aspired to combine their extensive experience and achievements in the recruitment industry, aiming to establish an environment where others could both learn from their expertise and thrive in their own recruitment careers. They wanted to make an impact on Automotive and Mobility Executive Search, by empowering employees and enriching not only their lives but also the lives of those around them.
