About the client and role

A global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-performance li-ion batteries for Electric Vehicles (EV) and Energy Storage systems (ESS). Are seeking a skilled and strategic Global Rewards Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by shaping and implementing comprehensive global rewards programs.


  • Partner with HR to craft and implement a global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Direct the design, development, and administration of total rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure global competitiveness.
  • Manage global benefits programs for compliance and alignment with company standards.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of global rewards policies for consistency and legal compliance.
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees and provide training on rewards-related matters.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Global Mobility team to align rewards programs with global mobility initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in global rewards management within multinational corporations.
  • Profound understanding of compensation and benefits practices, including market trends and regulations.
  • Effective project management abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborative nature conducive to thriving in diverse, global teams.
  • Adaptive to change, excelling in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in analytical techniques and HRIS and compensation software applications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation aptitude.
  • A strategic mindset is adept at aligning rewards programs with business goals.
